If you do not receive an interview date within 30 days of applying your application WAS NOT successful.
DRIVER PROGRAMS
We want to cultivate, educate and maintain responsible, confident and productive
South African citizens for the transport industry through structured programs which are based on ethical values.

In-depth Driver Training
Our comprehensive curriculum not only equips learners with essential skills but also opens doors to employment opportunities upon successful completion.

During the initial three months, students undergo a blend of theory classes and practical sessions, fostering a deep understanding of the nuances of long haul truck driving.
Living and learning together at our boarding house, they immerse themselves in a supportive environment conducive to growth and learning.

Following this foundational phase, students embark on a four-month journey alongside experienced mentor truck drivers. This hands-on experience allows them to navigate roads, interact with clients, and truly embrace the lifestyle of a professional driver.

By the end of our program, graduates emerge as skilled, confident, and safety-conscious drivers, ready to make their mark in the industry.

PROGRAM TIMELINE
Stage 1
Over four weeks, learners will be guided through intensive character-building activities designed to promote personal growth and resilience.
Stage 2
8 Week Theory and Practical Program
Intense driver theory and practical course where learners are trained and developed in the field of long haul super link truck driving (see our full course outline)
Stage 3
12 Week On road Program
Learners are on-road training in with our mentor drivers at our partnered transport company experiencing real world driving environments.
stage 4
Aftercare Program
Learners are given the opportunity to get employed with our partnered transport companies where we will monitor their performance for 6 months.
